What is Instantly Organized?

Founded in 2003, Instantly Organized is a Professional Organizing Business serving the Baltimore Metropolitan area. It was formed with the intent to provide individuals with information, products, and hands-on assistance to help them organize their current living spaces or assist with downsizing and/or relocation needs. This, in turn, increases their productivity, reduces their stress level, and leads to more control over their time, space, and activities.

Instantly Organized focuses on organizing residential and small business environments.  Residential services include overall organization, clutter control, personal finance organization, paper management, space planning, and relocation services. We make over closets, attics, basements, garages, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and home offices. Relocation and downsizing services encompass the entire process of moving from a current residence into a new home.  Small business services include paper management and the establishment of systems for increased productivity and profit.

About The Organizers

Beth Savitz - Founder, Owner, Professional Organizer

Beth holds a B.A. in political science from Gettysburg College and a M.Ed. from Loyola College. As an educator in the public school system she designed and maintained an efficient, child-centered environment and mentored colleagues on various organizational strategies.  Her degrees in education allow her to not only bring order to her clients’ homes, but teach them how to create and maintain a productive and organized living environment.

As a homemaker and mother of two she has acquired extensive knowledge on creating and maintaining an organized and productive home environment. Beth is continually researching various techniques and products to better serve her clients.

Beth currently works in cooperation with a variety of retirement communities in the Baltimore area. Her extensive work as a downsizing and relocation organizer affords her clients access to the best resources this area has to offer.

Beth is a current member and the Former President of the Maryland Association of Professional Organizers (MAPO).


Kathleen Howard- Professional Organizer

Kathleen holds a B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland, where she also minored in economics and dance.  These degrees led her to success in a variety of corporate environments including Omni International Hotels, First Step Dance Studio, Inc., and Truffle's Catering, Inc.

As a homemaker and mother of two, Kathleen has excellent insight into what makes the family environment run smoothly.  She is also an active volunteer, organizer, and chairman of various committees.  A talented time managemener and multi-tasker, Kathleen can teach you the skills you need to bring organization and productivity to your daily tasks.

Kathleen is a current member of the Maryland Association of Professional Organizers (MAPO).
