Why should I hire a Professional Organizer?

How much is it going to cost?

Instantly Organized has different hourly rates for the various kinds of services we provide. Due to the uniqueness of each organizing assignment, it is difficult to provide an exact cost without first seeing the space and discussing your individual needs. Therefore, Instantly Organized conducts an individual consultation and needs assessment that will determine the best strategy and an estimated cost for your organizing project.

How do we get started?

During the in-person consultation an Instantly Organized representative will walk through your home or home office to see the areas you wish organized and we will discuss some overall ideas. We will assess existing storage systems to determine how they may be used more efficiently. If necessary we will recommend any items, such as shelving, storage containers, etc. that will help you get and stay organized. We can provide you with a variety of product suggestions, and help you select products that will fit your needs. We work independently or cooperatively with our clients depending upon their needs. Organizing sessions can be anywhere from two to eight hours each. We have a two-hour minimum for each session, however, there is no minimum number of sessions. Some jobs are complete in one session and some require more time.

What if I just want a written plan, so I can do the organizing on my own?

Instantly Organized will analyze the spaces in your home or office that are causing you the most concern and create a written proposal for you. This proposal consists of a floor plan, recommended materials and furniture to purchase, as well as step-by-step instructions for completing the project. This allows you to make purchases and create the organizational systems you desire on your own.

If you are in need of relocation assistance, your Instantly Organized representative will create a personalized Moving Plan to fit your needs.  This will include all the elements needed to insure a seamless transition into your new residence.

What area does Instantly Organized service?

We do most of our work in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. A travel fee does apply for each visit to locations that exceed 30 minutes of driving. We are available to work Monday through Friday.
